The Following Conditions Apply:
1. The tournament shall be restricted to Basingstoke area Junior Clubs, schools or Colleges. Players must be in years 10/11 or 12/13 (U19)
2. Entries close on Friday 20th November 2015 or earlier if playing commitments are fulfilled prior top this date.
3. All entries must be accompanied by the appropriate fee and either given to your Coach or posted to Phil Oxford, C/o 39 Lightsfield, Oakley, Basingstoke, RG23 7BL. Cheques should be made payable to Basingstoke Junior Badminton Club.
4. Those entries not accepted will be notified and the fee returned.
5. All competitors are expected to assist in the smooth running of their section.
6. A 2 minute knock-up will be allowed on the first game only.
7. Competitors must be prepared to play at all times after an event has commenced. Each competitor must not leave the hall without permission.
8. Players must report 15 minutes prior top the start of their event.
9. Acceptable badminton clothing only will be permitted at this event. If you are in any doubt contact your coach.
10. The Committee reserves the right to alter these conditions and in all matters their decision will be final.
11. Tournament rules will be displayed at the Referee's table.
12. Mobile phones with cameras must be turned off in the hall and changing rooms. Cameras are not permitted.
13. The tournament will be run in accordance with Badminton England "regulations for Tournaments".
14. Prizes will be awarded. Estimated finish 12:15pm or earlier.
